Hi, I'm Brenda!
I've been a personal trainer and nutrition coach for years, but my journey hasn't been
picture-perfect.
I once lost a significant amount of weight… only to gain it all back.
It was devastating. As a fitness professional, the shame hit hard. I felt like I had to hide.
I couldn't show up for others until I looked the part again.
But what I discovered changed everything.
The real transformation came when I stopped chasing the scale and started doing the
emotional work. I learned how to cope with stress, anxiety, and life without turning to
food. I built a toolbox of skills that helped me regulate, not restrict.
Now, I'm 60 pounds lighter—and, more importantly, free.
Free from guilt, binge cycles, and all-or-nothing thinking.
Today, I help women do the same: create sustainable health from the inside out with
compassion, structure, and real-life tools.

If feel that she really cares about me and my health. always asking me what I ate because she knows that it's my down fall. she gave me a menu for a week of meals. she has a great app. She comes to mu house and we do all kinds of different exercises.
